Running

Running is my meditation. My annual goal is to run 1,500km and ascend more than 30k meters.Additionally, I have a goal to run a marathon every year on every continent. Completed marathons include:2009 London Marathon, UK

Cycling

Early morning weekends are normally reserved for cycling in the Swiss mountains. I prefer seeking the climbs or touring in the countryside instead of downhill racing. My annual goal is to cycle 3,000km with a 75,000m elevation gain.

About Me

Hello! I grew up in Seattle and have been living in Europe since 2006. I’m a quadruple citizen from the US, UK, Canada and France and since 2015, based in Zurich, Switzerland with my wife and two daughters.I work at Julius Baer where I lead a global Agile Release Train with IT accountability for Online/Mobile Banking. Prior to this, I was at Credit Suisse for 8 years. Previously, for almost 10 years, I was based in the UK working for Barclays Bank in London's Canary Wharf. Before then, I was at JPMorgan Chase, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Boeing Phantom Works in Seattle.Continuous learning is important to me. In addition to majoring in Business and Information Systems at the University of Washington, I also completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Executive Management from Ashridge Business School and obtained certifications in Advanced Project Management from Stanford University and PMI's PMP certification.Extracurricular activities have shaped me into who I am today. Being an Eagle Scout has taught me leadership and lifeskills. I also trained, taught and competed as a Blackbelt in Shito-Ryu Karate which instilled humility, respect, and discipline.My interests include emerging technologies, Raspberry Pis, traveling to extraordinary destinations, indulging on local cuisines, cycling and running with a goal of running a marathon on every continent.
